Unnecessary Switch person overlay gets opens after click on 'Continue' button of 'Id was previously using chrome dialog'.

Issue descriptionChrome Version:57.0.2934.0 (Official Build) c90cb5357fcdc1c4ceccd2c9284c7f6ff4214371-refs/heads/master@{#434580} OS:Windows(7,8,10),Mac (10.12.1,10.11.6) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch chrome and click on avatar icon , sign in with valid credentials. 2.Navigate to chrome://settings and click on 'sign out' button. 3.Again sign in with different credentials such that 'Id was previously using chrome dialog' gets open. 4.Click on 'Continue' button of dialog box and observe. Actual:1. Unnecessary Switch person overlay gets open. 2. If Browser Window is in Maximize mode, glimpse of Switch person overlay is seen and overlay get open behind Window. Expected:1. Switch person overlay should not get open after step 4. 2. If Browser Window is in Maximize mode,Switch person overlay should not opened behind Window. This is non-regression issue,seen from 'M 57' (57.0.2926.0) newly added feature.

This seems related to the new flow that Mihai has implemented. See Issue 661307 for eng work. Marking that as blocked on this.

As part of Issue 661307, a new profile will be created and the user will be automatically signed in to the new profile. So the flow will not show the user manager at all. I'm marking this as duplicate of Issue 661307 |
