What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Click on link
(2) Check displayed PDF
(3)

What is the expected result?
PDF should be displayed w/ accurate page count and all pages in order w/o duplication (e.g. 1, 2, 3, etc.)

What happens instead?
Pages are skipped & then duplicated (e.g. 1, 9, 10, 1, 11, 12, 9)

Tried w/ both 32 & 64 bit PORTABLE versions of Chromium Browser downloaded from https://sourceforge.net/projects/crportable/
