Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.98 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a youtube video and put it into full-screen mode (the youtube full-screen, not MacOs native fullscreen) 2. Cmd-tab to a different app 3. Cmd-tab back and address line and tabs pop-up on top of the screen What is the expected behavior? Should cmd-tab back normally What went wrong? Address line and tabs are not hidden after cmd-tab Did this work before? Yes Not sure Chrome version: 54.0.2840.98 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.9.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 No issue in latest version of Canary, so my guess is that the blame is with the Flash 23 (Canary uses 24)

Is there a nice way of doing a clean install while retaining all your saved information (including browser history etc.)? By the way, the bug is still there if I just log out/ launch incognito mode.

Try disabling the extensions from chrome://extensions before installing a new chrome version. Some extensions may interfere in normal browsing experience. You can backup user data folder and try a fresh chrome installation. More Info : https://www.chromium.org/user-experience/user-data-directory
