The provided URL seems incorrect: http://world.migvan.co.il/cgi-bin/cars.pl?ID=tzuba2, I get DNS resolution failures. Can you please double-check the URL?
rbyers@; I believe it is http://sadran-world.migvan.co.il/cgi-bin/cars.pl?ID=tzuba2 (as according to the screen shots)

although it appears to need credentials.
I cannot find how to sign up for an account with that site to debug further.

Hello,
Thank you for the effort,
I've sent the developper of the web site this as well,
He is trying to solve the problem on his side.
I'm waitin for his reply.
Can I forward this email to him so he will deal with you directly?

Thank you.

yes engaging the developer on this issue ( crbug.com/668896 ) is the best option to drive to resolution.

Yeah it seems there's nothing we can do here without involvement from the developer. Please ask them to file a new bug if they believe this is a Chrome bug and can provide us with a repro we can investigate.
