What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chromebook
2. Open Youtube-Video
3.

What is the expected result?

Fan shouldn't run, because the Chromebook is not warm.

What happens instead of that?

Fan starts running.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I changed the parameters for the fan control in developer mode with ectool, which is now removed. Is there another way to change fan control parameters?
