HotDog menu colors wrong

Chrome Version (from the about:version page): 53.0.2785.143 built on Debian stretch/sid, running on Debian stretch/sid (64 бит)
Is this the most recent version:
OS + version: Debian stretch
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit
Window manager: i3


I've installed GTK theme adapta github.com/adapta-project/adapta-gtk-theme

In hotdog menu appeared the following issues.

I edited gtkrc, but GtkSustomMenu and GtkSustomItet not work.

Tested on ubuntu 14.04 using chrome stable M54 #54.0.2840.100 and issue is not reproduced. 

@MTV- Could anyone from MTV look into this , as inhouse team doesn't have  Linux Flavor
"Debian stretch".
