Crash when opening

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Just open chrome, no idea why it does it the moment chrome opens.
2.

What is the expected behavior?
Opens for split seconds, desktop refresh, CTD.

Thanks for the report.
Could you please try running Chrome's Cleanup tool if it helps fixing the issue.
https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/
Else please try Uninstalling and re-installing Chrome and delete the Profiles before Re-installing.

Please also get a crash ID per these instructions:
