I can reproduce the issue by exiting fullscreen via clicking the "exit fullscreen" button. However if I exit fullscreen by Esc key, there's no problem.

These are not the browser controls. It is either a fullscreen issue (+foolip@) or a website issue.

Was able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using stable 54.0.2840.100 & Nexus 5. As said in comment # 4 above it might fall into Fullscreen or website issue. Was unable to proceed further as the Quota(200MB) free is over. Added TE-NeedsTriageHelp for further investigation.

The description says "Did this work before? N/A" but adding Needs-Bisect to find out if this is a regression or not.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.12.2,Win 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using 55.0.2883.87/95. This is regressed in below range and could not do tool bisect as Flash is getting crashed continuously in the invoked chromium builds to play the Videos. Bisect info: ============ good: 43.0.2357.18 Bad : 44.0.2358.0 https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/43.0.2357.0..44.0.2358.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 foolip@: Unable to find any suspect from the above CL, could you please take a look into it.

This has the M-57 label but the regression range is 43-44. Trying to bisect an issue this old is very time consuming, so adding Needs-Reduction to get a smaller test case. That would likely quickly reveal what the problem is.
