Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.59 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to chrome://flags#secondary-ui-md and enable the flag 2. Enter the cursor into the omnibox as to type something 3. What is the expected behavior? The omnibox looks normal. (Without a blue box around it) What went wrong? The omnibox input field has a blue box around it when in focus. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.59 beta (64-bit) Channel: beta OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS 64-bit Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.6 on chrome beta version 55.0.2883.59 and also in current canary version 57.0.2936.0 But unable to reproduce this issue in current dev version 56.0.2924.10 Issue is broken in M57.
