Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. goto http://www.spacex.com/sites/spacex/files/mars_presentation.pdf 2. do it with firefox. 3. firefox shows the first page immediately. What is the expected behavior? I should see the first page while loading for the rest. What went wrong? Browser has to download the whole pdf before showing the first page. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.2 (Windows 8) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

This is not a bug. I think a new feature such as partial-rendering is requested.

It looks like the given link is no longer available. We should support loading of linearized documents at this point so I think this should work correctly. Please re-open with a working link if there are PDF files which are still slower to load in Chrome. |
