When dismissing a NTP tile, we show a snackbar that says "Item removed" and offers an UNDO button, to restore the tile.

For other things on the ntp where we can long press => remove, we don't do the same thing. We just remove it. No snackbar and no undo. Is that the behaviour we should have?
