Issue descriptionChrome Version:57.0.2931.0 (Official Build) 5059e49d0a21c1c311653c1613de16b27aefc963-refs/heads/master@{#434310} OS: Windows (7,8,10) Test url: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=615738 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to above test url. 2. Continuously right click on mouse and drag mouse upward/downward such that text gets selected/deselected (refer video) 3. Observe. Actual:Unnecessary traces of blue highlight is seen on R.H.S. of the page. Expected:Traces should not be seen. This is regression issue,broken in 'M 51' and below is narrow bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/8694d7b928ba2b7bfe73fbcb74d052faa5eb309c..4c9fd0d3128c87e1289e9ac1d47fec18d7107077?pretty=fuller&n=1000 Suspecting: r384407 ? Kindly help to re-assign, if your changes are not cause for this issue. Note: Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux Os.
