What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to above test url.
2. Continuously right click on mouse and drag mouse upward/downward such that text gets selected/deselected (refer video)
3. Observe.

Actual:Unnecessary traces of blue highlight is seen on R.H.S. of the page.
Expected:Traces should not be seen.

This is regression issue,broken in 'M 51' and below is narrow bisect:

Suspecting: r384407 ?

Kindly help to re-assign, if your changes are not cause for this issue.

Note: Issue is not seen on Mac and Linux Os.
