Regression : Unable to scroll summary data using Up/Down arrow keys in ’Summary’ tab under devtools timeline.

Issue description

Chrome Version : 57.0.2931.0 5059e49d0a21c1c311653c1613de16b27aefc963-refs/heads/master@{#434310} 32/64 bit
OS : Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open devtools, navigate to ’Timeline’ tab and hit ‘Cmd + R’ to record the reload.
2. Once recording is finished, click anywhere inside ‘Summery’ tab and press Up/Down arrow keys.
3. Observe the scroll bar in ‘Summary’ tab.

Actual : Unable to scroll summary data using Up/Down arrow keys in ’Summary’ tab.
Expected : User should be able to scroll using Up/Down arrow keys in ’Summary’ tab.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-56’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info.
Good build : 56.0.2888.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 424894 (known good), but no later than 424895 (first known bad).

Still able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.12.2 chrome version 57.0.2956.0

Just to update, still able to reproduce this issue on mac 10.12.2 and Win-10 using latest chrome version #57.0.2970.0.

In the latest canary #57.0.2970.0, after opening devtools the "timeline" tab has been replaced by "performance" tab.

alph@ - Could you please have a look into this issue.
