Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install something on Play Store
2. Hold an arrow button and it doesnt auto repeat

What is the expected behavior?
The hold button auto repeat should work just like on normal Chrome OS apps and websites

What went wrong?
The hold button auto repeat doesnt work

And Page Up, Page Down, Home, End (Search Button + arrows) doesnt work
