Install "ZIP Extractor" and open it (https://zip-extractor.appspot.com/) 2. Choose a zip file which file include TC naming files 3. Found files with TC naming become garbled text What is the expected behavior? should show files with normal TC file naming What went wrong? TC naming files become garbled text Did this work before? Yes, it also can be duplicated in IE 11 browsers.

In that case, this is probably a bug in Zip Extractor (sorry, I misspoke in comment #1. I meant "if so", not "if not"). Closing. I'd suggest filing a bug with them. |
