Regression: Unable to minimize play-store window.

Version: 57.0.2929.0/9019.0.0 Dev channel Minnie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in play store and maximize the play store window by clicking on maximize icon at top right corner of the window.
(2)Now try to click on minimize icon and Observe.

Expected: Play-store window should get minimized on clicking on minimize icon.
Actual: Instead unable to minimize the play-store window.

This is regression issue as we are able to minimize play store window in 56.0.2910.0/8969.0.0 dev channel minnie.
