Regression: Unable to change the orientation in play store Beta app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Recover OS via USB>> sign in to user>> enable Play store (beta)>> try change the orientation from the above top right>> and observe

Expected: Should be able to change the orientation from Landscape to Portrait
Actual: Instead unable to change the orientation

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in M56: 56.0.2910.0/8969.0.0 dev channel minnie.
