Regression: Unnecessary shadow is seen after closing Play store beta app

Version: 57.0.2929.0/9019.0.0 dev channel Minnie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Recover OS via USB>> sign in to user>> enable Play store (beta)>> try to close the app>> and observe

Expected: On closing the Play store beta app no shadow should be seen
Actual: Instead unnecessary shadow is seen (Refer screenshot)

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in 55.0.2883.52/8872.53.0 beta-channel Minnie
