Regression : Language text is seen overlapped with scrollbar in OOBE Screen

Version:57.0.2929.0/9019.0.0 dev-channel Winky,zako and Minnie

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> In OOBE screen Click on "Language" Drop down 
(2)Now scroll down and observe Romanian Language Text is seen overlapped with scrollbar(Please refer Screenshot)

Expected: Language text should not be overlapped with scrollbar
Actual: Instead Language text is seen overlapped with scrollbar

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 54.0.2840.101/8743.85.0 Stable-Channel Butterfly.
Issue not applicable to Linux and windows
