Sometimes new tabs are frozen

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.99 (Versão oficial) m 64 bits

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:OK
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start using Chrome normally
(2) After some time, new tabs start frozing

What is the expected result?
I should be able to navigate normally using new tabs. This is not happening on my Firefox.

What happens instead?
New tabs start frozing

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested on Mac os 10.12.2 , windows 7 and ubuntu 14.04 usingcchrome stable M55 #55.0.2883.87/95 and latest canary M58 #58.0.2989.0 and issue is not reproduced.

@joaosavio-- Could you please check in latest chrome versions and write us with your observations with OS details.
