Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Save a lot of password (I think)
2. try to view list of saved passwords

What is the expected behavior?
Passwords should display in a timely manner.

What went wrong?
Trying to view saved passwords takes minutes before they display and then interacting with the list is really slow. Possibly related but https://passwords.google.com never loads the list in.

I think this might be because of the number of passwords saved (https://www.google.com/settings/chrome/sync says I have 839 saved passwords).
