inferno_twister resources for layout tests are out of date

This has caused several reports of Heap-use-after-free see  Issue 604671  and  Issue 621850 . Could we get the resources updated?

Status: Fixed (was: Untriaged)
The problem we archive old crashes to act as reproducer. For this, i had to delete association from all existing past crashers with MockBluetoothGattNotifySession. For layout tests, we always use latest, so it shouldn't use from there.
