Regression: Action menu of 'Open a specific page or set of pages' is seen misplaced in print preview.

Chrome Version:57.0.2929.3 (Official Build)3619fbd7f57a1d171fac4d4adedde499f17eec95-refs/branch-heads/2929@{#3} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings 
2. Select 'Open a specific page or set of pages' and click on 'Use current pages'
3. Click on Action menu/iron icon and give print command (Ctrl+P) and observe.

Actual: Action menu of 'Open a specific page or set of pages' is misplaced in print preview.

Expected: Action menu of 'Open a specific page or set of pages'  should not be misplaced in print preview.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-56', will soon update the bisect info:

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 56.0.2894.0 (Revision: 425838).
Bad build: 56.0.2895.0 (Revision: 426105).

You are probably looking for a change made after 425858 (known good), but no later than 425859 (first known bad).

Printing the settings page is not a common use case, let alone with dialogs open. We are not going to support this.
