Regression: Browser does not change omnibox URL according to page on MD Settings page.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2929.3 Revision 3619fbd7f57a1d171fac4d4adedde499f17eec95-refs/branch-heads/2929@{#3} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) Pre-condition: Enabled Enable Material Design settings flag from chrome://flags. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://help then navigate to 'People' section from 'Menu menu'. (2) Observe the page and omnibox url. Actual: Browser does not change omnibox URL according to page.. Expected: Browser should change omnibox URL according to page.. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-55', will soon update the other info: Good Build: 54.0.2805.0 Bad Build: 54.0.2809.0

Still we are able to reproduce the same issue on Windows 7 with latest chrome version-57.0.2936.0. Creis@ Please let us know the updates on this issue. Thank you.

Sorry, I missed this earlier as it was filed over the holiday. dbeam@, do you have a sense for what might be going wrong here? This sounds similar to previous bugs we've seen on the MD Settings page.
