Enable / Disable MDNS Flag

Reported by daniel.t...@gmail.com, Nov 24 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Google chrome is installed on our XenApp Terminal Server. When a user start Google chrome browser, MDNS request will be automatically fired up. (Port 5353 UDP)

What is the expected behavior?
We already disabled "device-discovery-notifications" and tried to "disable-background-networking" but google chrome still fires up a few MDSN Request in the background when starting the browser

What went wrong?
Google chrome is installed on our XenApp Terminal Server. When a user start Google chrome browser, MDNS request will be automatically fired up. (Port 5353 UDP)
We would like to desable the MDNS Feature, as this causes network problems in our enviornment (Barracuda TS Agent) and we don't need feature

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.71 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I think this is the Google Cast functionality that is sending discovery requests.

Can you try disabling chrome://flags/#media-router and try again?

Note that this is not a proposed solution, as this flag can be deprecated at any time. I am just trying to pinpoint the source of those mDNS requests.

Thanks.
