Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2929.3 (Official Build) 3619fbd7f57a1d171fac4d4adedde499f17eec95-refs/branch-heads/2929@{#3} 32/64 Bit. OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/clearBrowserData 2. Observe the overlay. Actual: Unwanted scrollbar is seen in the overlay. Expected: Scrollbar should not be seen This is a regression issue broken in M-54, will soon update the other info. Manual Regression Range: Good Build: 54.0.2790.0 Bad Build: 54.0.2791.0

This is the expected behavior. The dialog simply follows the window height. You can get the "Expected" result on the right screenshot if your browser window is tall enough. If the dialog does not fully fit, we trim it to the height of 4.5 checkboxes (we don't fit it exactly to the window height to avoid that an unfavorable ratio of checkboxes is visible, e.g. 7.9 which would look strange, or 7 which might make it seem like the 8th checkbox isn't there). The scrollbar then appears automatically (on all OSes except Mac). |
