Regression: Weird flickering of check boxes observed in chrome://md-settings.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2929.3 (Official Build) 3619fbd7f57a1d171fac4d4adedde499f17eec95-refs/branch-heads/2929@{#3} 32/64 Bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Steps: 
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings
2. Click on 'Advanced' and click on the first checkbox under 'Privacy and security' multiple times.
3. Observe other check boxes.

Actual: Other check boxes flicker on check/uncheck on any one checkbox.

Expected: No such flickering should be seen.

This is a regression issue broken in M-51.

Manual Regression Range:
Good Build: 51.0.2683.0 
Bad Build: 51.0.2684.0

Still we are able to reproduce the same issue on Windows 7 with latest chrome version-57.0.2936.0.

dschuyler@ Please take a look into this issue & update the thread.
