What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Sign into a second account on Chrome OS.
2. Open multiple top level windows in each profile.
3. Use Ctrl+Alt+> to quickly switch between profiles.

What is the expected result?
Smooth transition to the top window in the other profile.


What happens instead of that?
Windows behind the top most window in the other profile partially show through during the transition.
