Pinyin CH input incorrectly when switch between with Ominibox with HW/Emoji panel opened

Platform 9016 clapper 
Firmware Google_clapper 5216.199.7

REPRO STEPS 
1.Switch to Pinyin keyboard
2.Go to any input box in web page ,eg. mytextarea.com or baidu.com input box
3.Switch to pinyin Ch input status
4.Focus on another Ominibox , open its Hw or Emoji panel 
5.Back to last web page input box 
6.Touch any key 

Actual:
Only submit English characters with CH input status 

Note:
If switch En input status then switch back to Ch input status, it will restore normally

Can't repro.
May be fixed.
Please verify it.
