Arabic ime name display incorrectly in opt-in menu list

REPRO STEPS 
1.Switch to Arabic ime 
2.Open Opt-in menu 
3.Check Arabic ime input tool name

I don't think the displayed name is 'incorrect', it triggers eliding as '...' since the IME item cannot show full text with too many characters. 
Some other IMEs like 'Google Japanese Input (for US/Japanese keyboard)' will also trigger the text eliding.
