Job timeout shows as red instead of purple on commit queue page

I was trying to land https://codereview.chromium.org/2522323002/ and got the following from the commit queue;

This is a Infra failure but when I go to https://chromium-cq-status.appspot.com/v2/patch-status/codereview.chromium.org/2522323002/1 I get the attached screenshot.

Those bubbles should probably be purple rather than red, right?

@tansell, which builder had a timeout? 

I checked linux_chromium_rel_ng and got

ninja explain: stored deps info out of date for 'obj/components/dom_distiller/content/common/mojo_bindings_blink_cpp_sources/distiller_javascript_service.mojom-blink.o' (1479960347 vs 1479960352)

I'm honestly not sure if this is an infra failure or not.

Re #1: The timeout is in the CQ itself. No builder picked up the job in time and the CQ cancelled it. Agree that it should be purple.
