Chrome Timeline and Profiler are super slow to start up |

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 54.0.2840.100 OS Version: Chrome & Mac URLs (if applicable) : https://adwords-next-nightly.qa.adz.google.com/aw/overview?__u=4113224306&__c=8639657110&ocid=24390 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Open dev tools go to Timeline and click record What is the expected result? Recording starts right away or at least there is any sort of indication that the clicked worked. What happens instead of that? There is no response for about a minute, then the popup with 'intiializing' message appears and things start rolling. The same situation is for Profiler. This didn't use to be the case in Chrome 45. Below video of both. Please provide any additional information below.
