[Blaze-HP Chromebook 14 ]Observed only video with No Audio on Player after connecting HDMI to device HDMI

Chrome Version       :  55.0.2883.54 / 8872.54.0 
Network              : Wifi
Board               : Blaze ONLY (HP CHROMEBOOK 14)

Video issue, Audio issue:  Audio issue only

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Go to ats.sandbox.google.com 
2) Set policy & profile.
3) Choose media file as 
https://ats.sandbox.google.com:
media/L1_audio_L1_video_vp9_hdcp_1.webm.mpd
media/L1_audio_L1_video_vp9_hdcp_2.webm.mpd
4) Set Distinctive identifier required to True
5) Click: Start Test
6) Connect external display with hdmi port


Expected Result
 
1. A/V should play on chrome device after connecting/ disconnecting hdmi on device

Actual Result
after step 6: observed only video with No Audio on Player after connecting HDMI to device HDMI.

note #1: Disconnecting the HDMI from Device bring audio back on player.

Note #2 : Peach PI is working fine with above scenario

According to logs in feedback 17965801045, I can see audio data playback to HDMI out without error.
Maybe the data are all zeros playing to HDMI out? 

Is this a case that audio not working at all, or just not working for the media file you pointed to?

after connecting the device with external monitor through HDMI observed audio not working for all media file.

Tested with HD ,SD ,youtube media files (all media files)

Components: -Internals>Media>Encrypted
remove media team since the media plays well when no HDMI is involved.

same with Big, and working with M54
