Issue descriptionVersion: 57.0.2929.0 (but I believe this will impact Chrome 56 as of 56.0.2924.xxx) OS: Android What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to https://aframe.io/examples/showcase/anime-UI/ using Chrome canary (2) Click the 'Cardboard' icon in the lower right corner (3) Move the view around and observe reaction of the viewport What is the expected result? Binocular view with a viewport responsive to device orientation. What happens instead? The viewport is not responding correctly (horizontal movement appears to be translated into vertical or some other direction). It isn't usable. Also sometimes a double binocular view (so 4 viewports) will show up instead of just two. Note that current stable 54.0.2840.85 works correctly (correctly responsive binocular view).

I tried to repro this just now and was not able to on the following versions: dev 56.0.2924.10 canary 57.0.2938.0 It's possible the site uses the polyfill (which I believe was updated) and perhaps fixed the issue? I'm not sure if there are other sites which still exhibit the issue or not.
