system_health.memory_mobile failing on many Android devices |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue description431522 is the last revision we got the data for a few metrics including: https://chromeperf.appspot.com/group_report?keys=agxzfmNocm9tZXBlcmZy0QELEhNTdG9wcGFnZUFsZXJ0UGFyZW50IqIBQ2hyb21pdW1QZXJmL2FuZHJvaWQtbmV4dXM3djIvc3lzdGVtX2hlYWx0aC5tZW1vcnlfbW9iaWxlL21lbW9yeTpjaHJvbWU6YWxsX3Byb2Nlc3NlczpyZXBvcnRlZF9ieV9jaHJvbWU6Y2M6ZWZmZWN0aXZlX3NpemVfYXZnL2Jyb3dzZV9zb2NpYWwvYnJvd3NlX3NvY2lhbF90d2l0dGVyDAsSDVN0b3BwYWdlQWxlcnQYoqsaDA The bot seems to be failing constantly: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.perf/builders/Android%20Nexus7v2%20Perf%20%281%29

I would like to see exactly which stories are failing. Maybe those are similar reasons to the dozen others being tracked in issue 664505 ?

I'm going to broaden this. system_health.memory_mobile is failing in a lot more places than just on tablets (e.g. Nexus 5, Nexus 5X (flakily), Nexus 6, Nexus 9, Nexus 9, Android One, Nexus 6 Webview). In all of the cases I've seen, it seems like Chrome is crashing.

This is then looking like a duplicate of issue 664505 . If there are Chrome crashes please file a new bug blocking 664505, copy some portions of the log and cc me. |
