Fullscreen in iframe stay attached after reload/relocate of the iframe

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.99 (Build officiel) m (32 bits)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested: 
- Firefox 47.0.2 : OK
- IE 11: OK
- Opera 41.0.2353.69: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create an html page with an iframe, in this iframe add a button to go fullscreen
(2) Go on your page, click on the iframe fullscreen button
(3) In the console, change the URL of the iframe (like a refresh)

What is the expected result?
Fullscreen should close and reload/change the iframe content

What happens instead?
The fullscreen stay attached with the new page, but all API are saying that fullscreen is not activated.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Thanks julien.pardons@ for the sample.

I am able to reproduce the issue as per the below test steps on Windows-10, Mac OS 10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04 on chrome version: 58.0.2994.0. Same behavior is seen on older chrome version: 30.0.1549.0.

Steps followed:
===============
1. Go to http://www.tweetwallpro.com/chrome/index.html.
2. Click on 'Go Full screen' once in full screen click 'Refresh'.

Page is still in full screen and isFullscreen still indicates 'No'. Marking this as Untriaged for more inputs on this. 
I was able to replicate the issue as well and have problem because of this , any updates?
