Fix account ids

So it would reflect properly both google accounts and active directory accounts.

AccountId (https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/components/signin/core/account_id/account_id.h) now could have just one type (Google). And a lot of systems assumes that type of AccountId is always Google. We need to change it to have different types. E.g. Active Directory AccountId.
