Chrome Version : 57.0.2929.0 (Official Build) d78075be67a3ee6520d1f8377cd69b478ebdf5ee-refs/heads/master@{#434071} 32/64 Bit.
OS:Windows (7,8,10)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome, open Devtool on NTP and 
2. Click 'Customize and control Devtools'(three dot menu) then 'More tools' and select 'Layers'
3. Click on document such that 'Paint Profiler' link is seen under 'Details' tab
4. Click on 'Paint Profiler' 2-3 time, then try to click or close each 'Paint Profiler' tab and observe.

Actual: Unable to close or navigate/click each 'Paint Profiler' tab 

Expected: Should be able to close or navigate/click each 'Paint Profiler' tab 

This is non-regression issue seen from M-57, since this is new feature introduced 57.0.2926.0
