Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2929.0 (Official Build) d78075be67a3ee6520d1f8377cd69b478ebdf5ee-refs/heads/master@{#434071} 32/64 Bit. OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill 2. Click on 'Add address' >> 'Street address' and type any long text such that cursor reaches to the next line. 3. Observe the text. Actual: Text appear chopped from LHS. Expected: Text should be properly seen. This is a regression issue broken in M-56, will soon update the other info. Manual Regression Range: Good Build: 55.0.2883.21 Bad Build: 56.0.2886.0

Seems like there's 2px padding on the textarea that's throwing things off?

Tested the issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.2, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version#59.0.3047.0 with the steps mentioned in comment #0.Observed that the text seen properly without any chop in chrome://md-settings/autofill-while adding street address . Hence adding TE-Verified labels. Please find the attached screen cast for the same. Thanks!! |
