'Google Chrome' logo url is not seen in search box in chrome://md-settings page.

Issue descriptionVersion: 57.0.2926.0 da59d418f54604ba2451cd0ef3a9cd42c05ca530-refs/heads/master@{#433437} (64-bit) OS: Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.1,10.12) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings/help 2. Now drag the 'Google Chrome' logo with mouse pointer and release it to 'Search settings' search box and observe Actual: 'Google Chrome' logo url is not seen in search box Expected: 'Google Chrome' logo url should be seen in search box This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-52 series as chrome://md-settings/help feature is active from build # 52.0.2728.0 Kindly review the attached screen cast for reference. Note : Issue is not seen on Linux and Windows OS.

mac triage: tagging Proj-MaterialDesign-WebUI for triage. I wouldn't expect the described sequence of inputs to do anything, though, since dragging an image into "Search settings" doesn't make much sense.

Seems like a pretty minor issue. draggable="false" can be set on the image to disable dragging. Assigning to dbeam@.
