Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.143 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. randomly occurs
2. using ANY other browser works normally. its only google that thinks it controls the world.
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
the website opens normally

What went wrong?
i get nothing but certificate errors. come on, you cant show me this stupid message and block sites like 'amazon.com'  - there isnt even the option to proceed.

but what are you trying to scare people away from major websites ?? 

maybe the only real solution is to get rid of chrome? like the avatar button which is so f-----g annoying. i see now on future version this stupid thing is only in your face more. you guys are killing good things. why ???????

to reproduce this, all i have to do it try to browse anything 'amazon.com'. other websites are affected with this same problem. Normally i wont say a word about anything (even that stupid avatar thing .. grr.), but this one is breaking the internet.

Please upgrade your Chrome to the latest version (54) and that should help here. This is a known issue with Chrome 53.
