Issue descriptionVersion: 57.0.2926.0/9014.0.0 dev-channel Falco,Gnawty and Paine OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Sign into User -> Type images in omnibox and hit on enter button (2)Now in suggestion list under 'Images for images' right click on any image to open context menu -> select 'save as image' option and observe image in Notification overlay(Please refer Video) (3)Go to Files App and observe saved Image Expected: Saved Image should be seen clearly in Notification overlay and in Files App Actual: Instead Saved Image is seen blur Note: Issue is not seen 1.If Image is saved from Images Page(Please refer Expected Video) 2.In Gallery This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-54

I think this is working as intended because the image thumbnail in the search result page is actually small. It can be confirmed by right-clicking the image and "open image in a new tab". One possible improvement would be on how to show small images in the notification center design, which is separate from Files app.

Two cents, we may also consider improving how to show small images in the grid view of the Files app. It resizes any image to the fixed size, so that small image also appears blurred there.
