A user reported an issue with passwords on chase.com:
"Works for LastPass, doesn't for Chrome", logs attached.

To be clarified yet:
* What the user tried to achieve (saving/filling/something else)?
* Which OS and Chrome version was used?

The logs show lastpass hogging the page with some artificial forms (look for "lpcurrpasselt" in there), it might be part of the problem.

A user reported an issue with passwords on chase.com:
While having a password for chase.com stored (visible in passwords.google.com), that password was not filled on visit to chase.com by Chrome. It was filled by LastPass.

This was seen on MacOS and Chrome OS, with Chrome 54.

The logs show lastpass hogging the page with some artificial forms (look for "lpcurrpasselt" in there), it might be part of the problem.
