what's the use of this app

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Dear developer i want to know that what's the use of this app so that i keep this application on my phone as i am unable to determine the actual use.
So please tell me clearly so that i could understand the use.

Android WebView is the system component that provides the ability to render web content in every application that needs to do so. It's not possible to remove, because most applications will not work without it.
