Use shared memory for window icons |

Issue descriptionCurrently we're pushing window icons through window properties. This means the client, the window manager and ash all store the exact same bits. No doubt this is expensive. We should investigate using shared memory for window icons, which likely means not using properties, but will have to investigate that.
