Browser Back/Forward keys on Multimedia keyboard produce key events instead of performing action

OS: Linux (I haven't tested Win/Mac)

The Browser Forward/Back keys on a multimedia keyboard (e.g., Microsoft's) produce keyboard events instead of performing the browser forward/back action.

The |key| and |code| values for these key events are correct, but the key should have been handled by the browser (like the Volume keys).
