Issue description

Should be "just" fed from the chromeperf.appspot.com data.
Long journey but worth it.

Yes, please. Can we broaden this to SpeedInfra, by including all tracks/possible benchmarks? If not, can you build this in a way to accommodate extensibility?

wel not sure what would be the right metrics to track for all other benchmarks. Also it will honestly be a miracle if we have the bandwidth to make it happen for memory for the major chrome plaforms
