Chrome randomly closes instead of crashing.

Reported by zafoq...@gmail.com, Nov 22 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have Chrome open.
2. Wait for intermittent closing.
3. Watch it close.

What is the expected behavior?
To stay open.

What went wrong?
It closed without cause or permission

Crashed report ID:

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? No

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Similar to but different from https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=175341

I am not sure this is tied to an autocomplete function like in the linked glitch, but the symptoms are very similar.
