spell checking doesn't work in textarea if textarea has prefilled text

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.100 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have google chrome spell checking enabled. 2. Open html page (even locally) with simple textarea like this in it: <textarea cols="120" rows="25"> Testing testing</textarea> 3. Try to add new text at *beginning* of text area. Some text or word with spell checking in it. 4. Notice that google chrome didn't underline badly written words. 5. Now move to the end of "Testing testing" text. Add space or enter/new line. 6. google chrome now starts to underline earlier badly written text! What is the expected behavior? Spell checking should start working immediately after entering badly written word. What went wrong? google chrome didn't start spell checking while it should Did this work before? Unable to reproduce this issue on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome stable version# 54.0.2840.100 using English language as default. Test Url "http://jsfiddle.net/amadeus/Shd8G/" Please look into the attached screen-cast and let us know any steps we have missed while reproducing the issue

Able to reproduce this issue on windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and mac 10.12.2 using chrome stable M55-55.0.2883.87 and earlier version of chrome M30-30.0.1549.0. This is a non-regression issue and marking it as untriaged. Please look into the attached screen-cast. Thank You...

, Nov 22 2016Here I used Polish "geś" instead of properly written "gęś" as test word. ("spell checking in it" -> "spell error in it")
