Add deep link for RuntimeCallStats overview links

I've recently landed deeplinks for the callstats.html page.

Could you update the links on chromeperf by adding the following parameters:
?version=%VERSION&page=%PAGE&entry=%ENTRY

This means that we would have no longer one single link for each added entry (aka.
https://storage.cloud.google.com/chrome-v8/RuntimeStats/Linux/x64/f91178e8230522abdfbc9aeb089cc237a323baa8/Ignition/callstats.html) but would have to update that for each page/version/entry we upload.

And as a full example:
https://storage.cloud.google.com/chrome-v8/RuntimeStats/Linux/x64/f91178e8230522abdfbc9aeb089cc237a323baa8/Ignition/callstats.html?version=Ignition&page=adwords.google.com&entry=Group-API

Even though there is only a single version we upload per file the tool always expects a version parameter.
